With a strong background in executive search and research, Karen has a Masters in Information Management and over fifteen years experience carrying out research in Executive Search, Government and Consulting Firms, having worked with firms such as Egon Zhender, Amrop Cordiner King, Hunter Mollard and the Australian Taxation Office.
Karen has a full understanding of Executive Search disciplines and protocols. She is able to provide a range of research services including market mapping, relevant company lists, name generation, biographical data and contact details using a wide range of sources to identify passive talent for a current assignment or ongoing pipeline work. In addition to this, Karen has significant experience with name generation and can also work for you within your business to generate sales names and leads for you to approach in a coordinated and systematic way.
Karen also has significant experience developing training packages in corporate environments to share these research/talent attraction and sourcing skills with her clients using the latest social media tools and software. Karen has also run successful knowledge management projects to organize candidate information and customize applicant-tracking systems to enable knowledge and recruitment processes to run more efficiently.
